Testimonial
"I contacted Sarah when I was about to hit rock bottom, I was having panic attacks weekly and found that I needed someone to speak to who wasn't involved in my situation. Sarah was brilliant and so empathic when I called her regarding what I was going through. She really made me think there was a light at the end of this very long and dark tunnel.
On meeting Sarah, she was so brilliant at teaching me how to calm myself down and learning to control my anxiety. From then on, for about 5 months, I saw her weekly and found that my anxiety slowly started to lift, this was due to her superb set of skills.
In conclusion, I feel like a new person after doing this. Counselling is without a doubt the best thing I have ever done and would strongly recommend Sarah to anyone." (C 21)
"My counselling with Sarah has been life changing and amazing. After being apprehensive about going I have never looked back and I have valued every moment of every session. The progress has been emotional, mind-blowing and given me the mind space I have needed to pull apart the issues I wanted and needed to deal with at this point in my life. She is a very special person and so easy to talk to and I am very grateful for my recommendation to use her and glad I sent the first email to start the ball rolling." (B36)
